Hotel information

Two hotels on campus will be available at special conference rates. 

• The Holiday Inn at the University of Memphis. 3700 Central Ave, Memphis, TN 38111. $115 per night, plus tax (approx. 16%).  The Holiday Inn allows up to 3 guests to share a room.
• The Fogelman Executive Conference Center and Hotel. 330 Innovation Dr #206, Memphis, TN 38152.  $90 per night, plus tax (approx 16%).

To get the special rate, all reservations should be made by 23 August 2014 through the Hotel Reservation Department:
Holiday Inn TELE: 901-678-8200  -- or www.holidayinn.com/mem-uofm and use the booking code or group block code SPC.
Fogelman TELE: 901-678-5410 (no online booking for the Fogelman)

You must mention the Spindel 2014 conference or the booking code to get the conference rate.  If you don't mention the conference you might be told that the hotel is full.

Check in time is 3pm CST; Checkout is 12 noon.
Airport transportation is provided for overnight guests from 7am to 10pm daily.  Advance notice of at least 4 hours is required.  Please ask about this when you make your reservation.
